Welcome to Downy’s Batchelor Party Beatdown!
Downy was given the “Ball and Chain” to start the beatdown adding at least 50# to his load.

Run Flat Led the following Warm up:
– Burpees x10 to celebrate the late arrivals
– SSH x 25IC
– BAC / LAC / Chinooks x15IC

Round 1
Run Flat Started things off, Instructing Downy to keep the Ball and Chain throughout the Beatdown, and with such a large crowd and so many vehicles, we moved the festivities to the Dog Park for the following:
– SLAM Ball + PAX Choice.
– We lined up across the field from end to end (about 100 yards). The first PAX called out his favorite exercise and then completed 10 Slams. Here are a couple of the exercises:
– Burpee
– Merkins
– Big Boy Setups
– LBC
– Squats
– And many more
Round 2:
Led by Maestro, leading the PAX from the Dog Park to the Entry Hill near the car loop for the following:
– Clock Meekins x15 per side
– Bernie
– At this point YHC blacked out, similar to the movie “The Hangover”. He is sure there is 7-10 minutes of beatdown missing.
Round 3:
Mr. Fixit took the PAX from the hill to the front parking lot right outside the front door where about we partnered up for the following:
– Partner up to show how you MUST work together in marriage.
– Partner one bear crawls for about 100 parking spaces while partner 2 completed plank jacks and shoulder taps – once all the reps were complete, Partner 2 ran to partner 1.
– After this, we re-grouped into three person teams:
– One PAX held the Monkey Humper
– One PAX Sprinted to the opposite end of the parking lot and back
– One PAX Held a plank
We did this sequence at least twice.
Round 4:
FreeBird Led Round 4 with the following instructions – Instead of repeating back the exercises name, the PAX were to say “Yes Dear”. There was penalty for each infraction, and there were many infractions.
– Diamond Merkins – 10 Burpees
– Diamond Merkins – 5 Burpees
– Diamond Merkins 15 IC
– There were a few more exercises in here with A LOT of mumble chatter, and more penalties.
MARY:
Fun Run led Mary with several core exercises including:
– Sky Pokers and Burt Reynolds and several others.
Announcements:
It was great to see Downy back in town with such a large crowd to support him.
PRAYER REQUESTS AND PRAISES:
– Fez asked for prayer concerning a potential job offer.
– praying for Mr. Fixit’s health concerns
– We circled up and laid hands on Downy asking for a special blessing for his upcoming nuptials.
