At Fountain:

– Round 3: 50 single-count lunges plus rounds 2 and 1
– Around this point is where Renfroe asked “Where did you get all this hate?”
– Round 4: 100 single-count Mountain Climbers plus Rounds 3, 2, and 1
– Round 5: 150 Little Baby Crunches Plus Rounds 4, 3, 2, and 1
