INTRODUCTION: Intro was disclaimer only. But it was a small group of veterans. COT was the same as ours except we took a knee for the prayer instead of circling up.

WARMUP: sidestraddle hops, imperial walkers, and stretching.

THE THANG:Mosey to the pier for lean backs, derkins, dips, Merkins.

Mosey to the cul-de-sac for parking deck steps, Bonnie Blair, Mike Tyson, flutterkicks, squats. Pax performed the called exercise while the caller runs the steps and back.

Parking deck steps with # Burpees on each floor corresponding to the floor number. Seven floors tall.

Deck runs with Freddie Mercurys, Burpees. Half the pax exercised while the other half ran the deck, then vice versa.

MARY: Each pax called a mary exercise. Flutter kicks, Rosalita, hello Dolly, heels to heaven, and wide grip slow motion shoulder taps.
