THE THANG:
Get into groups of two.
Stations were established around the track
One group of two at each station
A separate group of two started the process and ran from station 1 and took the place of the two that were doing the exercise at station 2. The group that was at station 2 then ran to station 3 and replaced that group. The group at station 3 ran to station 4 and so on and so forth.
While at a station, do the exercise until the group behind you came to relieve you. Then run to the next station and do that exercise until the group behind you relieved you.
