It was fun ribbing freebird with the streakers credo as I knew he wouldn’t know it – 5 burpees…. I probably should have called 5 burpees on my self for getting so tongue tied on the mission … but thats not my style. What a great morning for running and it was great to see two men walk out of the wilderness to join us. I hope it meant as much to them as it meant to me just seeing them there.
