2 Core Principles of Streakers-Maestro wasn’t good and awake yet so YHC had to jog (pardon the pun) his memory:
1) Slow feet don’t eat
2) Look good run good
No time for anything else
THE THANG: Ran 5 miles on the trail. Every quarter mile we dropped to do 25 merkins. @OneHit pointed out that we were living our lives like Cole Trickle in Days of Thunder, a quarter mile at the time. We ran a little past 7:00 but we did get our 5 miles and 500 merkins in.
