WARMUP: drank some coffee while talking about warming up. Then @runflat chugged a bottle of water as Yhc looked on and saying to himself “this ain’t gonna turn out good”
Stretched while @runflat continued with the water

THE THANG: took off down the flattest trail Yhc had ever run and after 3 miles the coffee and water @runflat had enjoyed began to mix into what was about to be a nasty surprise. So we walked for a min and a half then got goin for another mile and the same occurred as before. Yhc silently prayed that he wouldn’t get sick if @runflat blew chow because two chow blowers wearing f3 gear having run only 4 miles wouldn’t be a good representation at all!
Made it back after 5.88 miles and no merlot had been spewed at all.
