INTRODUCTION:
As time drew near pax started rolling in. First of which was Bozo carrying both flags and ready with an endearing hug of comfort. Next was Pooh and Bob the Builder and NocAHoma among many others including some that didn’t stay such as Flowmax but all gave me a hug and offered condolences.
Heck of a way to start a beatdown…
7 am came and disclaimer was said – ish
WARMUP:
Mosey to the track
Circle of pain bear crawl to include the 5 core the mission and the credo and hot dang almighty – all said with all the words correctly
THE THANG:
Standing in one lane on the track we stood arms length and yhc did his best to reinforce that this was a time to lead and not smoke everyone but that it was on the individual pax to sprint at the appropriate time and then to maintain a pace that would leave no man behind – for 3 and 1/2 laps
Fire drill x 5
Mosey to the coupon pile and grab one and line up across the line
Number off by 1 and 2 into teams
Once the teams were set instructions were given
Reverse Dora 3 2 1
300 shoulder presses
200 irkin
100 goblet squats
Divided in to sets of 30 20 10
Once the entire team had finished its set a designated pax took off pulling the sled around the cone and back and then the team picked up with the next set
And we were off and team one’s grumbling ensued like we had just lost an election and were entitled to fair treatment even though we were winning the freakin “race”
5 rounds in yhc called for a halftime and we took a lap around the field then when we got back switched sleds so team two could have some fun with the tire and brick concoction
Team 1 won but yhc had to endure the chatter so did we really win?
The last sled pull was done by yhc for team 1 and OneHit for team 2
As one hit rounded the cone and nearly took it with him Buick did his best to slow him down by jumping on his sled – to no avail…
Great push though – all 10 sets completed!

I shared about my mom passing last night about this time.
Yall this is a testimony to the power of Jesus and what He is doing in the life of f3.
I’ve said it so many times but if Rhett (Roll Tide) Evans and Flowmax and Tater Salad and OneHit ever gave up we don’t have what we had this morning.
