Repeat 4 times.
In true fashion i didnt start tracking until the second round so my progress is a little shaky. Gnat properly tracked himself and saw improvement. I can say I was less gased towards the end but i feel like i had to push myself more during the run. We will continue this series for the next few weeks on SAT!! Feel free to join.
Ended with a little extra time. Had a sand overhead throwing competition!!!
