YHC came running in right on time, meeting Spackler at the Flag at exactly 6:00. We reviewed the 5CP, mission, credo all OYO.

WARMUP:
We just started rucking and warmed up on the go.

THE THANG:
We Rucked through the campus and down to Chick-fil-A and back for a total of 3 miles.
