INTRODUCTION:
– Red Sauce with a nonchalant 5 Cs
– Scooter said mission statement whilst draining the vain in the bushes
– beast gave us our credo
WARMUP: donkioti (if that’s how you spell it), daisy pickers, willy mays, chinooks, bear hugs. All in cadence to 10
THE THANG:
– Pax moseyed to bonefish for a partner exercise (goal was 500 lbcs together) partner does 10 burpees then picked up where the cruncher left off and repeat till 500
– Moseyed to the fountain for : 25 dips-bear crawl around fountain- 25 derkins X2
– Moseyed to Dillards where we had another partner exercise (200 sit-ups was the goal) partner was American hammering 50 touches and picked up where the sit upper left off. Repeat till 200. Good mumble chatter about sore tailbones (except rattatoillie bc he’s conditioned as a roll ride fan)
– Time got the best of us and we moseyed up the hill to the flag
