INTRODUCTION:
Yhc bought as much time as he could without completely derailing the workout
Disclaimer was said and we struck out for a mosey.
Along the way yhc asked for our credo and 5 core and mission
All were said with confidence and all the words were there. No burpees at all :/
WARMUP: our warm up consisted of a mosey around the curve the long way to the new freshly paved parking lot.
THE THANG:
After determining that the curbs were better spaced than the two islands we moved around and got down to business with Dora
100 burpees
200 merkins
300 squats
We partnered up and got to it. There was a little moaning and some criticizing of Goose form on merkins- but he still proceeded to smoke everyone with an excellent attitude and output!
Maestro didn’t disappoint us by arriving on time and was able to assimilate in to the group well with a great attitude and worked hard with his partner T-Swizzle that got there about 3 seconds before he did

Bear crawl 2 spots do 2 merkins
Crawl bear back one and do 1 merkin – rinse and repeat.
Good Lord have mercy that asphalt was freezing!! At this point pax started to really love the workout – so much so that some wanted think about it for a second or two :joy:
After 5 min yhc called recover and we met back on the line for bunny hops down and back
80 between islands
Mixed with donkey hoe die and side straddle hops in between
Moseyed to the flag for Mary
