Quick lap to station one
Station 1:
-1 minute AMRAP merkins- the pax were feeling good and starting to warm up.
-1 minute AMRAP squats
-1 minute AMRAP burpees- YHC started to hear some complaining after I announced this one and I told the guys I just cared about them and was just trying to keep them warm. Maestro had to go get his gloves
Station 2: Legs & Core
-Deep squats x 25
-Lunges x 25 easy way
-Big boy sit ups x 25
-Flutter kicks x 25 hard way
At this point we were getting warm but YHC tongue had just about froze up and started to sound like porky pig. The pax also started making Christmas vacation references so you know we were having a good time
Station 3: upper body
Told the PAX to grab a column for some dips later on and completely forgot to do dips

Station 4: Cardio
-Bear crawl up the hill
-Crab walk down the hill
-Bernie Sanders up the hill

Some of the PAX forgot gloves and did not enjoy this station but we all pushed through!
