INTRODUCTION:
There was certainly a chill in the air as I ran to the meeting spot and planted the flag. I started walking to the fountain to keep warm , contemplating whether to stay or not if it ended up as just me (I’m here for it, but cold + alone is hard to swing). As I was starting to lose hope, Jeter drove up and lifted my spirits. Lots of good spirited mumble chatter throughout the workout and COT.

Mosey to the Pickleball wall for some:

Tabata (20 sec on/10 sec off)
