It was so cold this morning the security guard didn’t even roll down his window, It was so cold Myrtles hearing aids froze up and it was so cold that ratatouille was eating bananas on a stick….

Thang: we ran along the road the long way all the way around to Dicks where the fun started. YHC saw the security guard and knew it was time to get to work. You’ve got to have big balls to tell several grown men they can’t do burpees in 20 degree weather on a cold asphalt parking lot…. Today he did not have those balls.
100 burpees called in sets of 20 then 10’s and 5’s until we got to 100. Then we Moseyed to the wild wings cafe where they were bringing the chickens in from outside to defrost them. 50 irkins. Then to the fountain for 50 derkins then back to the flag for 50 merkins.

Ferdinand has a friend who just put their grandmother to rest and I asked for prayers for YHC M’s cousin Josh who is on life support asking for a miracle. From what I understand he’s turned a corner and may make it. Thankful for that.
