THE THANG:
The goal for today was a full body workout hitting all the muscle groups with some strength training and some cardio.

Mosey to the practice field. Along the way Mr. Fixit tried to discourage YHC from going to the coupon pile. YHC forged ahead.
Partner up for 3 rounds
Pull-ups and straight leg coupon lifts. Alternate with partner.
At this point YHC was regretting not wearing gloves. It was cold.

Mosey to front of arts building.

Alternate 5 merkins between partners until you burnout. Everybody won.

YHC was pretty winded at this point but couldn’t stop yet while pax were calling in a run out the clock situation for the Q.
