INTRODUCTION: as we got started, I told Freebird that he was a third wheel… That did not deter him he stayed for the entirety of the work out. I gave a disclaimer, pretty good one in fact, and we went over the mission statement and the five core principles.
WARMUP: started simple enough with some bearhugs, then on to the imperial walkers, and then the Willie Mays Hayes, followed by a mosey to the swimming pool.
THE THANG: got right to it with 40 Burpee‘s. YHC was a hold out and as I finished, we all ran back to the school to find the big hill. at the big hill we did five rounds of all AYG to the top with the walk back down each time. we move to the big parking lot for a Lunge/Merkin routine where we took Ten lunge steps and then ten Merkins for a distance of about 100 yards. Then to the bus loop where we did the deescalating ladder dips starting at 40 then 30 then 20 then 20. Then the same with the curb merkins.
MARY: at Mary we got in 40 LBC’s, then 20 push through’s.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: nah
COT – we talked a little bit about making sure we witnessed to those around us who may not know the love of Christ and the suddenness of death. Talked about leading our families and staying engaged. Prayed for beast as he is traveling today. Also, prayed for Eeyore as him and his M are traveling and for their doctors appointment today.
