– Mosyed back to play ground for super set pull-ups and bench dips, 10 pull-ups 25 dips, down by 2 and 5 each set
– Moseyed to the go cart track of pain for 10 burpees and 15 mountain climbers (one at each end). Changing MOT from running to Bernie’s to bear crawls
– next race was 30 air squats and 15 Bonnie Blair’s ( one at each end) changing MOT from running to Bernie’s
– 10 count and mosyed to flag
