Split into Teams of 2. This is a Relay style race. PAX 1 starts to run, jog, or walk around the perimeter of the church. PAX 2 does 5 merkins at the start then gets up and chases after PAX 1. Once tagging PAX 1, they swap roles. PAX 2 runs while PAX 1 does merkins, so one until lap is complete. Once you completed the first lap, next lap is 5 LBCs. Next lap 5 Merkins. Final lap is 5 LBCs.
