WARMUP: the yoush. Bear hugs, hammy stretches, and some kinetic stretching.
THE THANG: we ran from the park to HR building across Mercer UniversityDrive and back. 2.5 miles. All along the way we did circles of pain. I started the run with instructions that I would lead until I stopped us for a circle of pain. At that point I would lead the excercise and hand off responsibility for the group to another member. That guy would then lead the run and stop whenever he so chose, to lead a workout.
By the end everyone in the group had lead at least one circle of pain and we were good and wore out.
