INTRODUCTION:
We met at the “Big East” parking lot at 5am to meet with the hikers. YHC, ran back to the flag to pick up any other PAX at 5:15 – once the crew was assembled, we reviewed the 5CP, MS, and Credo and moseyed back for prayer and words of encouragement, and maybe a little EHing.
WARM-O-RAMMA:
We moseyed around the facilities for at least 5 minutes as a warmup, we even did the obligatory “Bernie Sanders” as we made our way to the stairwell from Wimbish Rd to the chapel.
THE THANG:
Accending Calf raises – 18 Steps (171)
We kept with the tradition of this AO – This is a running AO – and moseyed around the lot back to the corner light pole at the top of “Big East” where we performed one of the following exercises, then ran to the next light between each set
– Merkins 10 oyo
– Side Lunge 10 oyo
– Flying squirrels 10 oyo
– Deep Squats 10 oyo
We moseyed around the lot once again and found ourselves at the hidden stairwell behind the chapel at the horseshoe:
