Then to the trench for Burp Back Mountain!

Partnered up to complete 100 burpees.
Partner 1: burpees
Partner 2: 5 x up and down trench backwards

Moseyed back to the flag for the burpee pyramid…although we only had time to go up the pyramid and stop at 10.

While song was playing, at each sound of the bass drum Pax would move their legs up or move them back to 6” position. We did that for 4.5 minutes.
