THE THANG: waited for a Minute. Rucked 2 Miles around the track. My wife would not like me wondering S. Lizella rd on my own. Was feeling good so i streaked twice around the entirety of LBC. Then punished myself for the IPC week 3 mistake by rucking 125 pounds around the track.
