INTRODUCTION:
It was an F3 Convergence at the Triangle.

WARMUP:
The Warm up was OYO today – As Myrtle , Fun Run and YHC were finishing the pre-run the Forsyth Streakers were already warming up, just then Ratatouille rolled in and said he was good to go, so we just took off.

THE THANG:
Forsyth F3, went south toward Macon, and F3 Macon went north toward Forsyth.

Everyone made at least 5 miles, some went a little further.
