THE THANG:

Bataan Death March
—basically an Indian run where the last man completes 5 burpees then tags the last man. Rinse and repeat.

Disc Throw Bonanza
—when the Q threw the disc, the pax would sprint until the disc landed in the ground. The pax would then crab walk/lunge walk/bear crawl to the disc before completing 20 Shoulder taps or Mountain climbers. We did 7 sets of this.

Route 66

While jogging around the perimeter of the church, we stopped at each light pole to complete our burpees, building from 1 to 11.
