Mosey to gym for: 3 rounds of 6 chin ups, 3 rounds of 5 wide grip pullups. 2 sets of eccentric chin up holds to failure. Mosey to Flag for Plank party with 1 man doing 20 rucksack waiter curls (palms up on strap)
