INTRODUCTION:
YHC arrived at 3 minutes till to an empty lot and though he’d have to lone wolf it, but the PAX came rolling in with about 10 seconds to spare.

Since no one signed up for the Q, YHC decided to take the opportunity to give the PAX a brief history of the Burpee.

WARMUP:
– Bear Hugs
– LAC
– Chinooks
– Willie Mays Hays
– Daisy Pickers
– Mosey to Big East
– Ascending Calf Raises (1 +each stair)
– Mosey to the furthest corner at the entry of Big East.

THE THANG:
1940’s Burpee Ladder:
We started with (1) burpee at the first light, then (2) at the second, then (3) at the third, and so forth until we made our way through Big East to behind the church.

Deep Squat Ladder:
Continuing the sequence of stopping at each pole, we completed deep squats, increasing by one each pole.
