WARMUP: bearhugs, imperial walkers, hill billies
THE THANG:ran to the grass at the fountain for a Dora workout
Each time a pax got off the ground they had to complete ten merkins
100 LBC’s with hands NOT behind head
200 gas pumps with hands NOT under rear
300 heal touches the hard way
Partner did #wethtwtd
Then for 6” competition (not that kind)
Eyeore one the prize for the longest 6”
We did it a second time but it was complicated
We then held some low planks and moseyed back
Scooter got to tell some trivia and we completed an AYG to the top of hill
