The workout was 3 exercises with taking a lap between each exercise.

First two exercises were around the smaller circles and the last one was around the whole circle.

20 hand release merkins
Take a lap
Repeat for a total of 3

20 jump squats
Take a lap
Repeat for a total of 3

20 prone overhead clap
Take a lap around the whole circle
Repeat for a total of 3

And immediately pick up the 6

We repeated this process for 3 additional rounds with a pax changing one of the exercises each time…
