4 Rounds of Shoulder Exercises with Two Bricks
Round one:
25 Reps each exercise
Literal raises
Shoulder Press
Bent over deltoid flies
Front Raises
Repeat for 20 reps then repeat for 15 reps
Round two:
Arnold press
Shinuck (Arms over head)
Around the world (literal raise to front raise and then reverse for one rep)
Front raises
Repeat for 20 reps then repeat for 15 reps
Round three:
Pass the Brick, in a very concise fashion we held out our arms as we passed the brink around the circle… extremely smooth and was not confusing at all. Did this for probably 10 passses… I’m not sure to be honest.
Round four:
Lying down over head clap
Shinuck (Arms over head)
Superman press (lying on your stomach shoulder press) – everyone really liked this exercise so we ended up doing 5 round of just it.
