WARMUP: windmills forward and backward IC bear hugs, side straddle hop IC
THE THANG: two coupons used throughout activities. Partnered up. One person is doing Farmers walks carrying two coupons around the cement platform for one lap while the other person is performing reps of the following exercises working up to 100 reps within a team effort. Bent over rows, pullovers while laying supine on one coupon using the other coupon to perform the movement, American hammers 2 count and the final one was drop in push-ups. The starting position was push-up position on top of two of the coupons dropping down between the two and pushing back up to hop up into starting position on the coupons.
If you and your partner finish one of the exercises, you start Farmers walking until everyone has made it through the exercise, then we all start the next exercise together.
Jogged back up to the parking lot. Performed what I like to call wartime sprints. You start out in prone position on the line. When we say go, you jump up off of the ground as fast as you can and go into a full Sprint as fast and as hard as you can. We did this for roughly 20 yards. Jogged back reset and perform the next rep. I believe we hit five reps total.
