THE THANG:
We moseyed around the parking lot and around the back side of the building to Choir parking and started a Ladder of Merkins – One Merkin at the first light pole, mosey to the second, two merkins at the second pole, and so forth past the flag and the lake to the bottom of the hill. 55 Merkins total.

At the bottom of the hill we changed from Merkins to Squats, and moseying to Bernie Sanders, totaling 16 light poles, and 65 Squats.

At the top of the hill, we moseyed to the Chapel stairs for ascending calf raises. There is still some debate about the number of steps – some say 16, others say 18. Total calf raises 116.

At the top of the stairs we moseyed back around the lot, down the hill, past the lake, to the flag where the Q picked up the Lots (dice) for the next iteration of the beatdown. The die has 5 exercises as follows, and one wild card:
– Merkins
– Squats
– LBC
– Lunges
– SSH
– Wild Card – PAX Choice

At each light pole, each PAX took a turn casting the lot, and whatever exercise came up we completed with 15 reps each, except Lunges which we performed to the next pole.
Overall, by my count, we completed 30 Merkins, 45 SSH (IC), 60 Squats, 120 yards of lunge walks (3 poles), and 45 LBCs. Ending at the flag.
