Then got right into it
THE THANG:
Start at Light pole, Run 25 Yards
25 Big Boy/WW2 Sit-ups, Run 25 Yards back to pole
25 Merkins, Run 30 Yards
Perform 25 Coupon Curls, Run 30 Yards back
25 Merkins, run 25 Yards
25 Big Boy/WW2 Sit-ups, Run 25 Yards back to pole
25 Merkins, Run 30 Yards
Perform 25 Coupon Curls, Run 30 Yards back
25 Merkins
(That is one round, which gets you 220 yards running, 100 merkins, 50 sit-ups, and 50 coupon curls)
Repeat for 45 minutes. I think we got between 3 and 5 rounds.
