INTRODUCTION: Welcome, Disclaimer, 5 CP, MS, Credo. Push yourself but don’t get hurt. Recommend 50 lb but modify as needed.
WARMUP: Bear Hug, Big Arm Circles (R), Daisy Pickers, Hammy Stretch, Lunge, ruck on down to the track
THE THANG: ruck shuffle around track and down to practice field for ruck suicides. Line up, and lunge walk ~25m for 5 Man Makers. Shuffle down and back and then another 25m for 10 thrusters. Repeat for 15 ruck swings then 20 ruck merkins. Partner up with the guy who finishes with you, and drag him back across field, taking turns as needed. Return to track.

PAX hold plank and do circle of pain with one Merkin each while one HIM farmers carry’s 50m and back. Rotate through the PAX. We transitioned into ruck flutter kicks, bug boy situps, leg raises, Turkish getups, and good mornings so everyone had a turn
