THE THANG:
With an odd number of pax, YHC decided to mosey by the truck to grab a sandbag before heading down to the track. The air thick with anticipation and tiredness, we headed for the track. With a quick count-off, we assembled in to odd and even teams ready to get to work.

Round 1:
Pax 1 takes his and his partners ruck and shuffles while Pax 2 completes 20 No Cheat Mekins then sprints to catch him. Once caught, they flap jack and Pax 2 does 20 Burpees while Pax 1 shuffles around the track. Once caught flap jack. We bounced back and forth in this format doing the below exercises:

20 No Cheat Merkins
20 Burpees
20 Bonnie Blair’s
20 Burpees
20 Hand Release Merkins
20 Burpees
20 Low to High Plank

Round2:
The workout wasn’t quite going as planned on paper, so YHC pulled a switcharoo and regroup. Rather than circling the track and chasing, we moved to an out and back style format. Pax 1, carrying rucks, goes out 100M and back, while Pax 2 is competing exercises. They then flap jack.. same as before with the exception of some different exercises.

Time wasn’t on our side, we headed back to the flag to meet our girl.
