THE THANG: we heard d they had rebuilt the walls and Dangerfield and I had more help, so we made sure they fell again
We had 7 exercises that we did 7 reps each and then moseyed a lap. We did this for 7 rounds- the last round included a Bernie up the hill and circled back to the flag for Mary.    Exercises were: chest, core and legs Burpees or Joeys Merkins BBSU LBC X-factors Squats Bobby Hurleys

We talked about the difference between Rest and Comfort. God created us to have Rhythm in life and rest is a big part of it. Rest is keeping your focus on God and all of his provision. Comfort is focusing on yourself and doing things in your own strength. Going unchecked, your giants will grow, Keep pushing yourself and don’t get comfortable. Buyak likes disruption for this very reason. Get comfortable being uncomfortable.
