WARMUP: bear hugs, daisy pickers, back stretch, quads, and the half pigeon hip stretch ( both sides) cuetip showed us a flawless full pigeon and we tried to emulate. Boucher was pretty good. I actually didn’t try the full pigeon until later that day (alone). Not cool
THE THANG: We moseyed to Flathead hollow and I played Move Sally Up air squats. Horrible. Don’t do this. Then, (also unadvisable) did a bear a thon from
The hollow to Puddy’s wall. At a few different stops we circle of pained. Monkey humpers and the like. Once we got there we moseyed to the coupon circle and did sets of 36 curls, overhead press, and goblet squats.
Then moseyed to the fountain for the main event. With 7 exercises on a white board we started with the eldest in the circle and let him pick a spoke to run. He also picked the exercise we had to do from the list. Once he down and backed we erased that exercise and that spoke. We worked through 8 spokes and one more modded run so Chewbacca would get a turn to run. We grabbed the board and moseyed back home for Mary.
