THE THANG: after seeing what 6 of our own had just gone through I wanted to get started on training for the next grow ruck – we tucked up and headed to the pavilion for cover and cover only since the water had made its way under pretty well
40 merkins hand release in 2 min

Wanted to get a 2 mile Indian run in but after 3 pax peeled off at lap 3 Yhc decided 1 mile was an ok start to this 5 month training
Rucked up and ruck mosey to the parking lot
Yhc was so impressed with gps q on Saturday that he wanted a repeat with a little heat for all since we had our rucks on
