INTRO:beautiful day for a hoodie challenge!
Lots of mumble chatter YHC had to be loud with the disclaimer and intro. I’m so thankful to be a part of this group. For a few minutes as we all stood there shivering in our T shirts I spoke on Ira Hays, my Grandfather Woodrow Fair, and thanked the group for accountability in my life. We talked about Crossroads and its mission. We talked about Gods sovereignty and how he has us right where he wants us. It’s up to us to work the opportunities in front of us for Gods glory. – (that’s what YHC wanted to convey anyhow)

WARM-O-RAMA: Got going after all the talking starting hit with

THE THANG:

Rucked to the track for an 1/2 mile running warmup (cool down)
Partnered up for the following:

50 over head press
100 ruck curls
200 kettle bell swings
300 ruck squats

Partner ran 100 meters and back then swapped off
